Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling/rescheduling your appointment time. Failure to provide this notice will result in 50% of the total treatment price being charged to your account. If appointments are missed or not cancelled on the day with valid notice, a full No Show or Cancellation Fee will be charged. Please be aware we are strict on our 24 hour cancellation policy. If more than 3 appointments are missed we reserve the right to no longer book fur ute appointments. You can contact the shop by phone or by email anytime.
🌨 If inclement winter weather hits on the DAY OF or NIGHT BEFORE your appointment:
• We still plan to operate as normal unless you hear otherwise from me.
• If you decide the roads feel unsafe for you, I completely respect that—but please let me know by 10:00 AM if you won’t be coming to your appointment that day.
• This timeline gives you a chance to see what the weather is doing, assess your driveway/road situation, and decide if you’re comfortable driving.
⏰ Cancellations after 10:00 AM on the same day or morning after we have weather will follow our usual cancellation policy, including any applicable fees.
